(Colissimo, La Banque Postale, etc.)
Role

2017 - 2018

Pillars 1 and 2.
Context
In 2018, Laposte.fr achieved a revenue of €200M with a growth target of €300M for 2021 and €500M for 2022. This revenue was primarily distributed between online stamp printing, mail forwarding, and purchases of Marianne and Colissimo stamps. Laposte.fr had more than 18 million unique visitors per month in 2018.
To achieve its growth objectives, La Poste wanted to highlight the diversity and richness of the group’s offerings through the redesign of the laposte.fr website (simpler, more ergonomic) and the creation of an innovative postage configurator to make customers understand that “everything can be sent by La Poste”.
My role was to:
Rethink and merge the information architectures of La Poste websites (personal, professional, business)
Identify page templates needed for the redesign
Formalize user journeys
Create wireframes
Support UI Designers during design creation
Audit the existing
Information architecture workshop with La Poste teams
After a complete competitive benchmark and an inventory of existing pages, we conducted various workshops with La Poste teams to identify the templates needed for the redesign, those that could be factorized, and those that should be included in the project scope.
I was responsible for preparing and facilitating these workshops.

Formalization of identified templates
I then visually synthesized the identified templates to share with the rest of the teams. This document allowed us to precisely define the scope of the teams’ work while ensuring that production efforts were focused in the right places.

Formalization of navigation architecture
These workshops also allowed us to agree on the navigation architecture. I was then able to formalize this architecture and share it with the rest of the teams.

Formalization of key journeys
Configurator journey
Having now defined the necessary templates and the architecture of the new navigation, I was able to formalize the key journeys.

Zoning
The next step was to work on the zoning of the different pages. These zonings were done in collaboration with La Poste teams. The objective was to align teams on the content and information architecture of each page.

Wireframes
Configurator wireframes
Finally, I worked on the wireframes that served as the basis for UI Designers to create the mockups.

Mockup follow-up with UI Designers
Throughout the project, as wireframes were validated, I supported UI Designers in creating the various screens.
My role was to:
Brief UI Designers on screens to produce
Follow mockup iterations to ensure UX decisions were respected
Support UI Designers during client presentations to defend these UX decisions
Awards
We received two awards for these projects in 2019: Gold in the “Digital Design - Web Design” category awarded by Stratégies and Bronze at the E-commerce Awards in the “Retail” category.
